I sometimes, by mistake, put wrong status and comments for a customer's order.
It is then visible to the customer under the order details.

You would need to browse the table:
orders_status_history
and do a search for the:
orders_id
and you can delete the record for the order that you do not want to keep ...
NOTE: if you wanted to keep it but not have the customer see it, there are settings for that when you add these ...
If you forget, you can find the record in the:
orders_status_history
for the:
orders_id
and change the field:
customer_notified
to be:
-1
and now the comment is only available to the Admin and not to the customer ...
NOTE: when setting comments for the Admin only, be sure to select:
No Email

Sorry, there is nothing built into Zen Cart in the Admin to go through your database table records 1 by 1 and remove the record that you need to remove ...
