How do I get rid of the [more] on the sidebox shopping cart.
The [more] is added to all sidebox heading which are links. So you have two options. One is to remove the link from the header, which can be done in :
includes/modules/YOUR_TEMPLATE/sideboxes/shopping_cart.php
You need to set $title_link to false on around line 36, and then remove the line $title_link = FILENAME_SHOPPING_CART;
Or, if you want to remove the [MORE] from all sidebox headings, but keep the links, then you can edit your languages file, in includes/languages/english.php, and search from [MORE], and set this define to ''.
And the final option is to edit the sideboxes display module found in includes/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/common/

Thanks, I removed the [more]
on 1.3.9h to remove the [MORE]
from specials.php (well the one i copied over to my template)
remove...
$title_link = FILENAME_SPECIALS;
and
from whats_new.php (again on my own template)
remove...
$title_link = FILENAME_PRODUCTS_NEW;
this removed the links and displayed the relevant category title bars without the [MORE]
although in my elation at figuring out how to remove the [more]. i hadn't completely tested every page...
doing some testing on the shopping cart tonight, once i had added products to the cart, i noticed that while in the shopping cart the [more] had re-appeared on the category headings... damn it...
ok off to try and figure out how to remove it from there...
if anyone can kick in to help...i'd be well stoked
yup...
as per the first post, the shopping_cart.php was the one...
again removed the link thingy....
$title_link = FILENAME_SHOPPING_CART;
in my own template of course...
job done...
There is nothing wrong with having the automatically generated links in headings. If you don't want them obvious, you can set the CSS styling to match regular headings, and change the '[more]' definition to '' which eliminates it in all cases without individual file editing.
