How do I remove the text on the homepage.

How do I change the text on the footer.

How do I change the text on the logo that appears when you put your mouse over it.

Not really sure what you're referring to.

A lot of the default text will disappear when you start your custom template. You can see the free templates available for Zen Cart at http://(sorry, site offline)/. Use the pulldown menu to change templates and see what they'll look like on a live site.

There's lot of information about customizing information in the Tutorials/FAQ and Wiki.

I am using lite red theme the text on my homepage I can't seem to get rid of and the rest followers as above.

This is the Lite Red template by 12leaves.com

The above text is editable in the admin > tools > define page editor > select main_page.php

logo alt text includes/languages/english/lite_red/header.php

Find this and it will have the text between the pair of single quotes that you MUST not delete
Make it what you want

Look at the file structure that came with the template and see what the path/folder contains that file

I did not state that it would tell you anything - -
I stated that you need to look for the folder/path to that file in the expanded template zip
