How to add a "Contact us" tab to "Twist of Nature"?

I am running Twist of Nature 1.3.9f and would like to add a "Contact us" tab. How do I do this and where would I do this?

You have no sideboxes l or r but you have not turned off the space that they are alotted
admin > config > layout settings > something about left & right global > set to 0

I do not see any remaining realestate left for another tab

Ok, I turned off the left and right side box's. But I still would like to know how to add a contact us tab, and where I would go to do that.

That menu is not part of ZenCart code, look to your template files
