Where are the language files for HTML emails ?

Hey guys,

Where are the language files located for HTML emails ? I found email_extra.php and it had all what I wanted to change inside but after modifying email_extras.php I'm still getting the old text ?

Never mind I found the other lang file stashed in the admin folder lol

Another question Where will I locate EMAIL_CONTACT_OWNER and EMAIL_CLOSURE ? I want to get rid of "The Store Owner" at the bottom of HTML emails.

I've found every one except the pesky one at the bottom of the welcome email

The value for STORE_OWNER is from your database. Look in your admin's Configuration->My Store.

No I want to remove the Store Owner after the $STORE_OWNER lol
