I found my silly problem!!
It was me all the time :-(
When I started to change the instances of 'page_2' , I have also (must have) changed << define('FILENAME_DEFINE_PAGE_2', 'define_page_2'); >>
Because I knew it was outside of the templates I was able to narrow it down.
Sorry for panicking and thank you econcepts for helping me out.
