Just recently I had a customer contact me from Croatia saying he couldn't proceed to the checkout screen and that there was no way for him to choose a shipping method.
I've since tested his address and it's true. We cannot get orders from Croatia, South Korea, and other countries as well. Although many other countries work just fine.
Ups has told me to email them a file with all XML requests and responses in a zip file. Not sure what files to include.
Any help would be appreciated.
