Changing text colour in centrebox & Define Pages Editor problem with text

Hi, OK, problem number 1. I'm having a bit of trouble changing text colour in the centrebox. The website is www.instonejewellery.com.au. As you can see, you can't see the item titles as the text is white. In order for me to change them to black, I need to change the colour code in both Lines 22 and 27 in the stylesheet. Each one only changes a few of them for some reason. When I do this though, the text in the information sidebox also changes to black when I want it stay white. How can this be fixed.

Problem 2 sorted now I think If not I'll let you know!

Add to the bottom of the style sheet and change your other lines
