    Default Blank "add products" screen - NO DEBUGGING ERROR MSGS

    Hi!

    I just started working with ZenCart version 3.9.1f

    My ISP, Go Daddy installed ZenCart for me. I did rename the admin folder as recommended - other than that, I have not touched the site.

    When I try to add a new product - any new product of any type - I get a blank page.

    All of the other admin functions seem to work. I've tried re-uploading the admin files to the renamed folder but it didn't fix it.

    I have debugging turned on but it's not creating any debug files showing any PHP errors.

    More info:

    URL of the page that is blank:
    ****/product.php?x=71&y=11&product_type=1&cPath=&action=new_product

    (**** = path to admin folder)

    I've verified that:
    1) the file product.php exists and is 24K.
    2) it doesn't appear to be corrupted in any way - i can see it in my PHP editor just fine (but closed w/o saving).
    3) I have the same errors for the other product handler files (product_free_shipping.php, product_music.php)

    Fixed this by downloading the latest 1.3.9f files from the Zencart web site and re-uploading the admin files to my admin folder. . .t
