stamps.com order download error

Just set up my stamps.com account and thought everything went okay but in "batch" when I click on refresh I receive an error message. Here is the message from the stamps.com WebStoreEdit window

I deleted the profile, and started from scratch. This time everything is working. Consider this problem closed.
