Blank page at order confirmation w/money order

Zen Cart 1.3.9f
PHP Version: 5.2.14

I am trying to get a successful checkout using the check/money order module. At order confirmation we are getting a blank page.

I am receiving the order notification email and the orders are showing up in admin.

I changed templates back to the default green and the issue is still happening.

I removed and reinstalled the money order module but that didn't help.

Checkout with cod is working ok.

debug shows this error

The ":53" means you've got an error on line 53 of that file.

That was it...... the infamous space after ?> at the end of the file.

I didn't understand moneyorder.php:53 was telling me 'line' 53.

Thank you! That made my night. Now I can call it a night and start something different tomorrow.
