copying a current install to a new domain.

Hey all, I have a website I run using zen cart, its does its job well and has most of the kinks ironed out and is all sorted for NZ market etc etc etc. Now I want to pretty much duplicate it, re skin it and add a new database of products for a totally unrelated website. I know you can 'move' a site to a new host/domain etc and this is essentially what I want to do and then just edit it from there. Does anyone have any experience doing this?

The current site is an older install (always been too scared to upgrade it) Zen Cart 1.3.8a
