Well i did a winMerge to update the files and made sure it was up to date, but i was told that i needed the 1.3.9g update but i havent gotten that file yet. Anyways this error message as been plaguing me.
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /purchase/ on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

i think i got to problem solved, but i am using my back up.
And using permission 705, except for the configure files.
But i guess i need to wait till the sourceforge is fixed to get the older updates.

well when i clicked under the 1.3.9h update for older downloads thats the message i got.
