    Default Products Only Appearing in "New Product" Box

    I am setting up a new store using v1.3.9f and almost all of my products are only appearing in the "New Product Boxes" and not in the actual categories themselves. If I selct the product from the New Product Box it's as if they don't exist elsewhere.

    Any suggestions?

    Looks like you've addressed this problem. Or do you still need help? If you fixed the problem, could you post you're solution so that any future members of the community with the same problem can see what you did?

    Hi,

    I still haven't fixed the problem.

    The only place all of my products are appearing on is in "All Products" or the "New Product" boxes, they don't appear when just going to the product categories!?! Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    So, for some reason as I've been guessing at the problem. I found that if my Category only has one item in it. Things display fine. If there is more than one item, all items in the category are hidden from view.

    Any ideas?

    It might be that there is an error within your template, and rather than the items being hidden, the template is throwing an error, and so the page is only rendering up to the point the error occurs.

    Not sure what issue you are referring to - can you post a link to the specific page with the problem?

    When I checked the site the OP listed earlier, I saw the same problem they mentioned. The items were showing in the new products list, but when you clicked on the categories, it showed no products for that categorie. It appears to me now, that they have fixed the issue. If so, How? I am currently having the same issue. I am transferring from one subdomain to another. Transferred all my products, but they all show in the new products categorie, but nothing shows in the categories they are assigned to. When you click on the product it will even show above the item what categorie they are supposedly listed in. From admin, it shows that I have 468 products, but when I go to the categories page it says I have 0 products in all categories.

    Okay. I found and fixed my problem. It was an sql issue when I was transferring the information. Doesn't sound like it was the same thing the OP had, unless they have also been transferring.
