More than one subcategory?

Hi everyone! I've been trying to add a subcategory under another subcategory. Is it possible for me to do that? If it is, could someone please assist me with how to add another one? It would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

You can only add a subcategory under a category that does not hold products. If there are products in your category, move them temporarily to another category, create your subcat and move the products into the subcat. Do not move them back into the original category, as that will cause display and search problems.
