    Default FataL error: require() [function.require]:

    I upgraded from v137 to 138a a long while back I had my own coustom template I don't know when I start getting this fatal error, but I had changed templates I have Silverfish now. I disconnected the information side box remove contact us from header because I couldn't get it corrected. Now I tried again by uploading the new fileincludes/templates/template_default/templates/tpl_contact_us_default.php from v139. I can't correct the problem.

    can someone help me please.

    Are you mixing files from different versions?
    Why?

    Does the file exist at
    /includes/templates/silverfish/templates/tpl_contact_us_default.php

    And check that it is not "0" bytes in size

    Your /includes/modules/pages/contact_us/header_php.php file is damaged, or you have multiple versions of that file in that folder. Delete any other files that look like "header_phpxxxxxxxx.php" from that folder.
