More favicon issues - favicon for a subdirectory?

Hello. Not my first post but have no access to the old e-mail address I had so can't do the lost password thingamy.

I have a similar problem to those related to above.

I have my own website http://www.greenneedle.co.uk.

I am currently writing a Zencart shop for someone else which I am hosting on my webspace. The store can be found here:
http://greenneedle.co.uk/ASWstore/

The problem I have is that I want to able to alter the favicon to the third party's one when the shop is opened.

I have added/edited the code as shown on the previous page and cleared the cache (ccleaner) of all browsers yet when I try on Chrome, Firefox, Opera and Exploder it still returnsmy site's favicon and not the thrid party's

Any ideas guys

They already have a domain and own hosting. However I wanted to run the shop from my webspace. Is that not possible by putting the favicon I want in the php?

I moved my favicon into the sub directory from the public html directory and it works like it should

I can get it to show up in my favorites, but I cannot get it to show up in any address bar (IE, Firefox, or Chrome).
