Store not working after moving it to another folder.

Inside root and /Catalog there are no htaccess files. If it had,it would block any access to them,right? Maybe i'm wrong.
What should i lookout for when you say "Check in your backup the htaccess contents" ? Is there something that needs to be changed in there?

What I was wondering is if the redirect still existed somewhere

The redirect was done from my providers Control Panel ( godaddy ) and i canceled it when i found out it was causing a conflict.
Redirects "write" on htaccess files?
I do believe that my problem is located on where my database is "looking" on my configure.php files to get information about the store.
Any ideas how to check if whats on my database matches what's on my configure.php files?

It would load but display an error frontend maybe but most likely in the admin

Well, i will contact their support and see what they have to say about all this. In the meanwhile, i still can't figure out what's causing the problem. I will get back when i finish talking to them.

I will. In the meanwhile, after talking with their support my website miraculously start working again. Turns out forwarding to the subdirectory does not work and what needed to be done was adding a redirect pointing to /Catalog.
