Admin page not found after moving to new server

hi,

moved my zencart to a new server using tar cvf, then unpacked using tar xvf and moved database using mysqldump and restore ... everything is working but the admin directory

gives an error

please help, tried editing /admin_dim/includes/configure.php and all the settings are correct, ssl is off, server path is correct, i do not understand why it cant find it

That's a common result of an incorrectly-edited /admin/includes/configure.php file. ie: paths are wrong in the file.
And, that's often because you tried to edit a read-only file and thus your changes didn't save.

That's why the recommended procedure for moving from host to host includes doing a clean fresh install to build the proper configure.php files for the new server, and then preserving those files when copying the original site over. Once you square this, go back and re-name your admin folder as you have posted it openly for all to see...
