Customers can't check out...

I have had a couple customers try to check out of our new site and this is the error message that they are getting...

I saw your store on Facebook and went to order the Christmas Tricycle.

An error message came up when I tried to use paypal " We are sorry for the
inconvenience. The PayPal account authentication settings are not yet set
up, or the API security information is incorrect. We are unable to complete
your transaction. Please notify the store owner so they can correct this
problem. (10002)"

I have double checked the API information and it is correct. I have 3 methods enabled

Check or Money order
Paypal Standard
Paypal express

I would rather use paypal express, but at this time I don't even know what the site is using.

I can't figure out how to get this fixed and am desperate for help as we only get orders this time of year..

That means you've got invalid API credentials entered.

If you're using Sandbox, you need sandbox credentials.
If you're using the Live system, you need live credentials.
