Sell access to PDFs hosted on another site?

Is it somehow possible to sell access to the PDF in Zen Cart. I've uploaded the PDFs to my issuu.com account and I'm wondering how I would facilitate automatic access, i.e. the user pays for the PDF and automatically receives access to the file on issuu.com. Any ideas?

At this time you can not commect to another domain to provide downloads

One must have them loaded on their ZenCart server

Your thread title says your pdfs are hosted on another site. You can't do that in Zencart right now. If the files are on your site,

This issue is really that I don't want to sell the PDF as a downloadable product, so I've uploaded them to issuu.com where the security seems a lot more reliable than offering them as downloads that someone can just copy and paste as many times as they wish. www.issuu.com offers links to a shared version of the PDF I host on their site, so I guess my question is: Is it possible to sell a link on Zen Cart, rather than a file itself? Because what would be ideal is if when the customer purchased the PDF, they received a link in their "My Account" page that they could always access.

I'm sorry if the above spiel sounds a little convoluted. Essentially what I'm asking to be able to do is sell a hyperlink as a product.

Guess the question is wy would one buy a link to anoher site when they can Google it??

Well, because sites such as Scribd and Issuu.com enable "private sharing" which hides the hosted file from Google, etc.

An alternative would be to embed the Scribd/Issuu.com Online Reader into an EZ-Page (which both sites provide capability for) and then restrict page viewing to users who have purchased the access. However, is such a thing even possible? I mean, to restrict page access inside of Zen Cart to users who meet certain criteria? I suppose it would be wise to start a new thread for this issue...
