Order Confirmation email show codes... using PayEasy mod

I just install a new payment module 'PAYEASY' which may has some minor problem. i try to fix it myself. now the only problem left is:
the emails send to customers when they make a new order do not work properly, they receive a serie of code instead of the proper text .... below is an example of what they receive ...the ??? is just to hide the customer personnal address .
please help...

However, with paypal module, the email is correct. where might be the problem? how to find out the problem?

What ZenCart version??
If not 1.3.9h, upgrade

Your german language files appear to be incomplete ... missing defines for those values

the language files are there. if i paid by Check or offline CC, paypal, all order confirmation email is display correctly.

I have the same problem. Have you fixed it? how to make it correct?

Please Help!
I need assistance with creating an install for payeasy-solutions gateway on my clients store, www.londonshoppingnetwork.com located on a UK server. The store is up and running on v1.3.9h
I am a web designer, not a programmer.
The client can only use PayEasy with their current bank.
If anyone can help, please provide me with an estimate to make this happen.
Of course as luck would have it, out of 162 options available for mods, they need the one that is not available!
