Almost there but missed something...

Could or would any Zen idols look at my index and tell me what I so obiously missed??

Admin side is all there and functional.

I used the Zen install and halted at the store set-up (as per new info)

Uploaded my LOCAL development to the web space and changed both config files.

DB also uploaded from local to server.

Almost there. BTW I'm using the Andover-modern template.

Do I need to del all on server and re-upload?
