Linked Products Not Displayed

Having a nightmare evening!

I linked a load of my products across two categories today and they seem to have ended up in a right mess. Linking has worked fine previously and products which were already linked appear to still work. As far as i know the only changes i've made are the ones in this thread http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showth...t=74016&page=4 which i didn't think would make a difference?

The tables look right and the product count on the pages are right.. i.e. it says "showing 1-8 (of 8 products) shows but only a few appear!

Actually this gets weirder - the products are correct in the tables.. the right categories etc. If i go to All products and find a missing product it appears right in the breadcrumb trail.... but it isnt in the category listing!

I see 8 in t-shirts ...

I see all 8 from t-shirts in t-shirts-tops-jumpers ...

What should I be seeing that I am not?

:) Was about to update this. I found that it was the stylesheet additions I made which caused the issue. Which doesn't quite make sense to me as i don't know why it would only affect some products and not others.

I added :-#productGeneral .productDescList, #productDesc1, #productDesc2 { display: none; }

#productDescription1 #productDesc1 { display: block; } /*or inline*/

#productDescription2 #productDesc2 { display: block; }


to the stylesheet, where productdesclist is the top part containing bullet points & swatches and the Productdesc1 is the rest. It works like a dream (only showing the productdesclist in the product listing and productdesc1 in the info) but not for all products :S
