I think I know what you're going for, I just did some nice customizations to the Flexible attributes mod to build better styles for my site, I was able to build my own rows and replace ugly attribute titles with image backgrounds.

I have learned how to make individual color swatches but would like size, color, and "add to cart" box to be aligned on one row. Here's what my site looks like right now: https://www.thousandstitches.com/sho...&products_id=5.
I'm not concerned with the popup feature, I'f just like for the color swatches to be on one row and the size, color, and add to cart box to be on another row.
