Customer tried to login and couldn't. she clicked the forgot password link and got a password in her email to use. She tried that and it wouldn't work (said no such password).
I have had customers say this has happened to them before and I've taken their order over the phone. I am using the most current version 1.3.9h
Any ideas? I can log into the customers account using master password BUT I can't change the customers password because I don't know the original one...
