Wondering if anyone has managed to add any additional areas for info on the newsletter subscribe mod? Iv'e got it on sidebox, and would like to add an option to include birthdate and name in order to confirm the person that is signing up for the newsletter is over the age of 18. I sell some tobacco products and want to send promotional material/newsletters to the appropriate aged people :)
