No I have not tried this yet. But even if it works, finally I need to use the old database again, so the problem would still exist?
I am thinking about uninstalling 3.0, then reinstall 2.0 to see if it works. If it works, then I upgrade to 3.0 again. What do you think?
First I would try installing this on a fresh install to see if it works fine which I am sure it will. Without knowing what other mods you may have installed (which could conflict) maybe an issue as well inside your database.
Want to list them from your prior 1.3.8a I be happy to browse over them see if any possibly are conflicting.
If you are using a fresh install of zencart and only using the old database to build it then all you need to do is run the uninstall_super_orders_prior_versions.sql this will remove the prior version of SO 2.0 out of the database. Have you installed anything else other then SO 3.0 with the new 1.3.9h Install?
If not remove all files that come with SO 3.0 from the installation and then try resinstalling it after those files are removed.

You need to re-check that ALL the admin class files were uploaded in your install..
Not sure how you upgraded, but if you overwrote the files and did not run the upgrade SQL that could cause issues..
If that doesn't work, I suggest rolling back to the version of your store prior to the Super Orders upgrade and then carefully following all the upgrade steps again.. You also need to check that you've make all of the required changes for the Zen Cart 1.3.8 to 1.3.9 upgrade.. We did not test this version on Zen Cart 1.3.8 at all so there might be issues if your Zen Cart upgrade is incomplete..

I have installed some mods before SO3
But the only mods that affect Admin are:
Easy Populate
Export Shipping Order
They both did not over write original installation files of 1.3.9h
I will try to roll back to 2.0 and upgrade again.
