upgrade 1.3.9h to 1.3.9f problems

Hi,

I'm trying upgrade 1.3.9h to 1.3.9f. Now stuck in "Database Upgrade" even I put username and password of Admin correctly.

I can see the next is "System Setup", and then "Store Setup"...

Please help how to go pass the "Database Setup" stage to complete further upgrading?

Was that a mis type?

If from the "f" version to the "h" version
