Has anyone any experience of the ADS ONS Nos 1 & 2.
I purchased these and they uploaded them for me but after this the footer disappeared along with some of my RIGHT sideboxes.

Using V1.3.9.g on http://www.irishteatowels.com

On getting back to they say THEY DONT SELL OR SUPPORT THE ADS ON but just upload them !!!!!!

I'm sorry but what you posted does not make a lot of sense.

If you are referring to "add-ons" available for Zen Cart then which ones are they?

Add-ons available for download from here are free. If you paid someone to install them and they messed up your site in the process then it is up to them to sort them out.

They were purchased as there is a bug in my version of Zencart v1.3.9g re the editor and they were supposed to solve that which they have.

This is the Company the actual template I use for the store was purchased from.

If you paid someone money to do something for you... and what they did has broken your site, then go back to them and get them to repair it.

As these commercial modules are usually heavily customized, none of us can offer advice, because we don't have access to the modules.

The forum is usually unable to assist when users buy modules and services elsewhere.

Your only recourse is to go back to the people you have paid money to, and get them to fix it.

There is a free fix if you are seeing html in your text

1.3.9h corrects it anyway

Would love to upgrade to Version h but have added in quite a few of the free ad on from this Support Site. If I upgrade to H do I loose these and therefore have to add them in again ?

The Ad ons I paid for Packs 1 & 2 seem to have added on a TINYMICE EDITOR to my version which has fixed that problem but in the process my footer and some right side boxes have vanished.

Upgrading from 1.3.9g to 1.3.9h involves a relatively small number of files and no database changes, so it will probably affect few if any of your mods. Just check if any of the changelog files have copies in your custom template folders.
