[Fixed - See post 26] USPS International shipping problem...

Hi there. I added the usps.php file according to instructions from post #26. International shipping is now working with one small issue. Its not showing first class international mailing as an option. I did change the rounding to 2 in the usps.php file. Not sure what ive missed. This is the address and what options i'm receiving: (i'm shipping from California)
