how do you install it? what is MySQL how do you get the thing uploaded?
i currently have a website hosted with godaddy
that i built with dreamweaver CS5
please someone give me step by step intructions, and explain how to do it instead of just saying do this. thanks

Start by reviewing these tutorials, they assume that you have basic knowledge
DO NOT use dreamweaver for anything with php nor as a FTP client or file editor

If I read you correctly that's not a website, it's an image of what you'd like the website to look like.

Taking a design and building a template for Zen Cart for it using a mixture of PHP, MySQL, HTML and CSS is not something that a complete beginner can do.
