I did a new install on a Windows server of 1.3.9h. The customer side came up ok as it has for many, but the admin side came up w/ the error:

Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

So, I've ready every post and tried everything to no avail.

I had given up, but decided to go ahead and rename the admin folder to something more secure. And, bam, my admin site came up.

    Does this make any sense?

I'm posting as just another thing to try ... but I don't know why this worked.

I do have 2 other zencarts installed for the domain, but none of them have the /admin/ folder.

Just curious, but at least I can go to bed.

If you are using 1.3.9h then the 'admin' folder MUST be renamed. It was optional in pre 1.3.9+ versions.

If you have any 1.3.8+ or earlier Zen Cart stores then you must upgrade them or else they'll be hacked.
