Express Check out in Paypal - No items given

Hi Folks,
I know I have seen this somewhere, but I can't find it.
After problems with the paypal IPN bit, I installed the Express paypal. (Yes, I uninstalled the other one first)
Now, the problem I have now is that there is no item description coming through in the Paypal Notification.
Who it's going to - yes
The amount they paid - yes
The Item/s they have purchased - No!!

Anyone got any idea how I can fix this?

I just upgraded to the Business account with Paypal, the API stays the same as it was in the Premier account.
There is still NO ITEM in the Description area of the Paypal notification.

Can anyone help?

What do the PayPal debug logs say? http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showthread.php?t=61199
Turn on the logging, then do a transaction that reproduces the exact problem. Then download and zip the logs, and upload the zip to a spot on your server where I can download it ... PM me with the link to the zip.

Sorry Dr Byte, but I don't know how to zip and put it on the server.
Can I send it to you another way?

To zip a file, you'd use a zip program on your computer. Then you'd upload the zipped file to your website. And then share the URL pointing to that file on your server.

I received your PM containing 1 or 2 of the 7 log files' content.


What version of Zen Cart?
Are there any discounts/sales/specials applied to the order?

Oh okay, so you need them all.
I down loaded the whole lot, so I'll send them through to you.
Zencart 1.3.9d is the one I am using.
No discounts, specials or anything applid to the purchase.

Zencart 1.3.9d is the one I am using.

There have been a whole lot of fixes made between v1.3.9d and v1.3.9h.

Please upgrade before I spend time analyzing your logs for something I've already fixed.
