"Log In" "Log off" or main buttons wont enable. Css is disabled..

hello, it seems that my sites main buttons are not appearing as they should be. The "log off" "log in" "log out" buttons and such are not appearing but actually showing as css links. I checked and my images are in the templates folder. Aso css is not enabled in the layout settings on my administrator part. I dont want to mess around with my ftp settings because there is traffic on it.

If anyone can please help me it will be much appreciated.

i dont quite understand what that means. What is this validation and what further steps do i have to take to solve this issue
