Store works Admin Doesn't

I updated ZenCart from 1.3.8x to 1.3.9d which was working fine for several weeks, then today updated to 1.3.9h by copying all the changed files since 1.3.9d per the instructions, and after that update, my store is still working but I cannot log into the Admin, just get a Website Cannot Display the Page in MIE.

Any suggestions short of restoring the older version from backup to gain access to the Admin page?

I did clear the cache and cookies, also tried several different browsers to access the admin, getting nothing but a blank page or Website Cannot Display the Page in MIE.

You didn't change the admin location recently?

Are there any errors appearing in your /cache folder, as normally these will tell you what is happening if it is a php error

Did you overwrite your /admin/configure.php file in the update? If so, upload an old copy of your /admin/configure.php that has all your store settings.
