All carts round up to the nearest penny on some prices - they have to.
As one penny is the minimum acceptable currency what happens if you end up with something costing £6.256? It either has to round down to £6.25 or round up to £6.26.
Vger is right. These problems will occur in any cart under certain circumstances. The laws of Mathematics are pretty well fixed for multiplication.
But the consequences can be avoided by using the latest version of Zen Cart to avoid some specific bugs in earlier versions and not having fractions of a penny in your prices (as doing so will unavoidably cause some combinations of price and quantity to rollover to an extra penny, sometimes more).
In the UK this was sometimes difficult to achieve with a VAT rate of 17.5%, but with 20% it's a doddle.
