Setting Up Taxes for Tea Shop

I want to make sure I set up the taxes properly for www.citeaherbal.com.

According to http://www.republicoftea.com/shipping-and-tax/a/CS5/, taxes are charged on tea, jams and tea oils for 5 states. The shop is based out of Florida which has no tax on tea. So what I put in tax rates is the following:

Priority-Tax Class-Zone- Tax Rate- Description
0 Food Items Illinois 1% Sales tax for tea, jams, tea oils
0 Food Items Hawaii 4% Sales tax for tea, jams, tea oils
0 Food Items Georgia 3% Sales tax for tea, jams, tea oils
0 Food Items Missouri 1.225% Sales tax for tea, jams, tea
0 Food Items Virginia 2.5% Sales tax for tea, jams, tea oils
0 Food Items Florida 0% Sales tax for tea, jams, tea oils

Currently, you do not need to collect tax for any sales but in your state

If you do collect it, to avoid fraud, you need a sales tax license in each state you intend on collecting it and then must file the required forms and remit what you have collected

NOTE: when you figure out which Tax you really need, be sure to set the Priority to 1 rather than 0 ...
