    You'll find this setting under Configuration >> Customer Details >> Customer Shop Status - View Shop and Prices

    Then set as appropriate:

    Customer must be approved to shop
    0= Not required
    1= Must login to browse
    2= May browse but no prices unless logged in
    3= Showroom Only

    Thank you Brent. I tried the option 2. It is what I am looking for. However, a small issue. The item no have price on screen and replace by " Price Unavailable" with no URL for log in until we click into the product detail.

    So can I replace : "price unavailable" by " Login for price" and got the URL there?

    Hope to hear from you soon.

    You would use the Developers Tool Kit under Tools to find the file you need to edit. Have a look at this Tutorial which should help.

    Another important point. You must use your overrides to save the file after you have made your changes.

    So in your instance you want to edit /includes/languages/english.php which you would then save to /includes/languages/YOUR_TEMPLATE/english.php

    By the way to answer your previous question more directly your are looking for the following lines but have a search with the Tool Kit as you will find it is very useful.

    PHP Code:
    define('TEXT_LOGIN_FOR_PRICE_PRICE','Price Unavailable');
    define('TEXT_AUTHORIZATION_PENDING_PRICE''Price Unavailable');

    Hi Brent,

    Thank you for your effort.
    I have found the file and edited it (change "Price Unavailable" to "Log in for Price". But then, you can see the following link:
    http://www.akshop.com.au/

    There is a "login for price" but no URL to login in the mainpage.

    Then when go to the detail page:
    http://www.akshop.com.au/Keyboard-Mouse

    You can see there is An duplicate of "login for price". One with link and one with unlink.

    And I also find that the layout is different between my catalog:
    http://www.akshop.com.au/Mother-Board

    Display in Cell while the Keyboard display in Listing. How can we change that to consistant?

    Hope to hear from you soon. Alex

    OK just set my site to "2= May browse but no prices unless logged in" and the linked "Login for price" is from the Zen Cart Code.

    You now have text displaying "Price Unavailable" and then a link below that to login. This seems logical and will make sense to Users.

    I'm afraid I won't be able to help you any further as you are now into the realm of editing template files and I just don't have the knowledge.

    Perhaps another quick fix would be to change the "Price Unavailable" text to something more explanatory?
