Hi All,
I just found out that when customers are getting ready to checkout, they're not required to pay for shipping and handling unless they have a registered account on my page. For example, if I were to checkout with paypal as a guest, the shipping cost wouldn't be calculated into the total. Is there anyone else out there has had this issue and somehow resolved it? Please let me know! I'm trying to get this page up as soon as possible.

By default an account is required to checkout, or with paypal express will be created if enabled
