Home button directed to 404 Error File Not Found

Hi all,
I have v1.3.9h.

When you visit my site for the first time and click on the "home" button (which is linked to my index.php) on the navbar, it will direct you to a "404 Error File Not Found" page. But if you click on something else, such as product page, faq page or something else and THEN click on the "Home" button, it will work as it should (link to my home page, index.php). Any ideas?

Try getting rid of your html under construction page

It only happened when I first got there as it appears that the zenid appended malformed
