    Default Can't find /cache/myDEBUG-xxxxxxx.log

    Zen Cart 1.3.8a
    Patch: 1::
    Database Patch Level: 1.3.8

    When clicking "confirm the order", the final step in the checkout, it is now leading to "cannot display webpage" in internet explorer. One time I got "2006 MySQL server has gone away" and a scrambled version of a confirmation e-mail sent to customers, but it only happened once. Last check, I got "cannot display webpage"

    I'm trying to look for errors, and I have installed enable_error_logging.php file into both /includes/ extra_configures and admin/includes/extra_configures, but nothing shows up in the /cache/ folder

    I have opened the permission for the /cache/ folder, but I don't see any myDebug-xxxxxx.log files in there.

    Any suggestions, Zen masters?

    IMO
    The error logging only works on php errors. If you have html or server related error which maybe caused by using SEO modules or other modules. The error logging will not display any error because in your case the page isn't even displayed for any error to be logged.

    Thanks. Not sure what SEO modules are. Would that be something in Zen cart, or something on my server?

    It is not in Zen Cart original code.

    I don't see a link to your site. it is hard to debug the unknown!
