admin update

Hi,

I have just finished redeveloping my site locally and now need to upload it to my server.

The problem is though that since redeveloping offline I have had numerous new customers and orders which I dont want to lose from the admin panel.

Can anyone tell me which files in admin I have to transfer across so as not to lose this information?

I've tried searching for answers to this but nothing comes up. Can anyone help please? Which files should I not overwrite?
