Try going to your domain Control Panel and to the phpMyAdmin so that you can select that table in your database and do a repair ...

I can get to php myadmin but will I be able to do a repair while I'm there.
I went through this thing last week:
deleteing my database reinstalling my database.
Finally reinstalling 1.3.8 then 1.3.9h.
When I transfered my backup tables to the database, I get this.
Do you believe that I should transfer a different table to replace the damaged one?
You would really best speak with your hosting provider about database problems ...
Usually a message to repair a table can be done in phpMyAdmin by selecting the damaged table and running a Repair on it ...

Myy server the folder file name for the my cart is zencart_1.3.9h, if I change the name to zencart and change the config.php in includes and admin/includes to effect that change will it result in any problems?
My database file is zencart, I just want to be sure that everything matches.
You have a problem with a database table ... this is not a file on the server this is a table in your database that you should be able to see in phpMyAdmin for you database ...
You should be able to select the database table called:
products_to_categories
and run a Repair on it ...
If you are not sure how to do this, you should contact your hosting provider for help with your database issues ...

Yeah. already done. Allthe tables are OK. But courious about the file name changes.
Yes, you can change the name of the directory as long as you fix the two configure.php files on the server ...
