The "Filezilla server" that comes with Xampp may not be made for what you are doing. Try downloading Filezilla from www.sourceforge.net and using that one.

Are you working on a local installation of Zen Cart? If you are, there is no need for FTP yet. You can just copy the files into the /images/ folder.

With multiple images you have to follow a certain naming to get them to show up, study the 2 links provided above. To see the extra images rename them laptop_a.jpg and laptop_b.jpg and upload them to the images folder. But that's a rather generic name so you need to think about how to name your images and give them a unique name so they won't be overwritten the next time you list a different laptop and give the image the same name.

Spend some time on the links above and there's also an Image Handler add on in the Downloads section.....

Thats wat I did i use the convention '_' to define my additional images..

I did mention it above in my post..

    Base image: laptop.jpg
    Additional images: laptop_sideview.jpg ; laptop_backview.jpg..

I copy & paste my additional images in the same directory as my base image.. Bt still nothing appears..

From what you say, the additional images should be showing for that product. You did select the base image in Catalog > Categories/Products > your product, right? And the base image is showing with the product?

There is no specific requirement for additional image names like _a and _b, only that the base name is at the beginning of the additional image name. If the images are in the base /images/ folder, even the _ is optional (but still a good idea). And if you are not going to have too many images to comfortably handle in one folder, putting them all in /images/ makes for fewer complications.
