Removing a category from Category box on main page

I've searched the forum but can't find out how to exclude a certain category from the categories box on the main page.
http://www.katieallenprints.co.uk/

I want to remove the category 'Gift Certificates' from the box on the main page but keep it in the categories side box list.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

As long as you will have your desired homepage categories displayed all on one line, you can add to your stylesheet

#indexHomeBody .centerBoxWrapperContents tr+tr {display: none;}

(It works this way because you have Column Divider Pro installed. Without that, the selector would be slightly different.)
