Changing color of only one title in Sideboxes/categories

I am trying to do the following:

In my sidebox/categories I have the individual product departments. Then I have the featured/new/specials below them. (not individual sideboxes- this is still in the category box).

I have renamed the specials box to be called 'on sale now'. I currently have all the wording black, but I would like to just change the specials to have red wording.

I know how to change all the lettering through css but I can't seem to isolate just the one line.

Is there some coding I need to add to make this happen?

I have been playing around in the css stylesheet trying to write some kind of code that would isolate just this one title and I have managed to change other titles or prices singularly (it's really hit and miss on what changes...of course that it because I don't know what I should be coding) but I just have not been able to hit the one I want.

I have been starting with:
.sideboxes and I am wondering if I am in the right area to begin with.

I have been searching all over for an answer to this and I did in fact find someone that asked pretty much the same question back in 2008 on this forum but no one ever answered them. I then asked the poster if they ever figured it out and they aren't talking either.
