Admin Login problem

Using 1.3.9h
When I try and login to admin I keep getting this error:
Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

I notice that the address bar has http:// when I have the "admin login" page open
after I type my user and pass I go to an https://mydomain
I have a shared SSL, in the admin/includes/configure.php

should that read https://ssl4.myhostserver.net/mydomain
