    Default Inaccurate Totals in Sales Report

    Can anyone help me understand why when I run a sales report on December 16th for specific days like Dec. 1 - Dec 15 I get one total. But if I were to run the same report for the same days now on January 31st, I get different totals. Am I doing something wrong? Is this a bug? Is there something else I need to do.

    Please help. Thanks.

    Without checking
    Did some of your sales change from pending to complete between the 16th Dec and 31st Jan?

    Probably.

    In that case, would it be best to pay the following month for the previous month?

    It is a digital scrapbooking store, I have designers who I try to pay bi-weekly.

    By deleting a sale, coupon, or special, that won't affect the reporting correct.

    It is a digital scrapbooking store, I have designers who I try to pay bi-weekly.
    If they are delivered by download then they should be set to delivered immediately
    By deleting a sale, coupon, or special, that won't affect the reporting correct.
    I believe it will but you can check by checking totals then making a test order, make it complete and check again
    Then delete it and check again
