Quick status update [Addon]

My Quick Status Update contribution is now available in the Zen Cart Free Software Add Ons area:

This mod allows you to update the status of an order from the Customers->Orders screen without having to open the order up. It adds a dropdown list of statuses under the buttons on the right hand side of the screen.

My orders.php file is customized.

How do I just add the codes to add the "Update" button to this file.

@Green333 and @harry2cool: just look in orders.php for the 2 blocks that start and end with "quick status update." Then place them in your admin/orders.php file in the appropriate places.

I realy miss the checkbox for customer notification of the status. I assume the customer does not receive an email of this status change.

Also was wondering this ...additionally, customer's status is not updated to 'delivered' were they were to log in? (as status remains as pending/processing in the status area on the invoice in admin)....just wondering if this is correct?

No email. Not having to click a checkbox and press the submit button are are part of the whole "quick" thing.

silly question maybe, is this compatible with 1.3.8a? i want to upgrade but cant at the moment, but would like to use this mod if poss in the meantime?
